Mr. Joe Argie M. Andaya is the owner of RGIE Manpower Services. He began his career as a Security Manager, advanced to Operations Manager, and eventually became the Company Owner through his dedication, leadership, and industry expertise.
MRS. MYRCIN ANDAYA
Mrs. Myrcin Andaya serves as the Accounting Manager of RGIE Manpower Services, overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate and efficient management of accounting processes. With dedication and professionalism, she supervises payroll administration, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and the maintenance of company financial records.

Ms. Rochelle Ancheta serves as the Human Resources Manager of RGIE Manpower Services, leading the company's human resource functions and workforce management initiatives. She is responsible for overseeing recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
